Admin Panel Overview.
After installation of the template you can access your CMS Admin Panel by going to a URL like www.mydomain.com/admincp. The General Settings page allows you to upload your own logo or to change the background of the template. The logo and background files can be either static JPEG/PNG/GIF images or an SWF animation. This provides you with amazing possibilities for customization. The wonderful thing with this feature is that you can add a logo, company colors or anything else you feel is necessary for your background. Advanced users can even create animated backgrounds and change the template to achieve a really dramatic website! In addition to this, on the "General Settings" page you can insert your company name, slogan, a copyright notice or phone number in the footer, change the text colors and upload your own sound track in MP3 format.
After you finish editing the main look and feel features of your website you can start editing the content. Using the "Page Wizard" you can add more pages to your website. The first step is the creation of a new menu item for the new page.
After that you define the page layout. The page can have 1, 2 or 3 blocks.
Next step is to assign block properties. Every content block can be text with or without images, a newsletter (we call this newsletter just for convenience; however you can use it for a list of products, services or events - this can be a list of items, each of which contains a more detailed description) or a contact form.
After you press the "Finish" button the new page will be created.
So let us create one block to contain a list of products and services, and the other block to contain the contact details of the sales department.

By using the built-in html editor you can manage the formatting, size, font and color of text, and add new images or SWF movies. Easily add a new block to any page by simply pressing the "Add Block" button

As you can see using built in html editor you can manage text formatting, size, font and color, add new images of SWF movies.
 
If you need to add new block to this page you can easily do it, you should simply press add block button.

As you can see, managing our new CMS templates is much easier than editing complex flash templates. Save time, money and obtain the desired results!

A list of things you can do via the User Control Panel:
  • editing the company name
  • editing the company slogan

  • editing the content of texts

  • sending messages from the contact form to the given email
  • updating the news feed
  • adding, deleting and editing pages via the page wizard

  • changing the color scheme of the menu, copyright, company name and slogan

Actions which are not available in the user control panel:
Some templates come with animated headers and banners. To change the text in these headers and banners you need to edit the appropriate file. Sometimes it is more convenient to place the company name and slogan in the background image. For changing the logo and the company name you will need to edit the background image.

Limitations
Although the menu is automatically expanded or contracted when new menu items are added or removed, you cannot add more menu items than the template design allows.
You will not have access to the source code of the template.
The structure of the pages generated by the page wizard will be identical for all pages. For instance, if in the template a three-block page with two horizontal and one vertical column is used, then this structure will be applied to all three-block pages. In this situation it is not possible to create a three-block page containing three vertical columns.

Installation notes.
a. Set 777 Permissions for the following directories:

./templates_c
b. Run the installation script:
./install.php

Please make sure that the PHP program running on your server has the functions 'domxml_new_doc' and 'domxml_open_file' ENABLED. Also the PHP SAFE MODE must be DISABLED

Security Issues: Please remember to password protect the admin folder of your template. This can be done in the control panel provided by your web hosting provider.

Known Bugs: Can't create new line in text editor. To get the carrier to the next line please press shift-enter.
